In this painting I wanted to capture a scene of grace, rapture and sensual harmony with nature.
I've always liked paintings which show light breaking through a forest and this was my first attempt.

I love the idea of a boy who takes company with wolves
and have been fascinated by real life tales of children
raised by wolves. This too is one of my earliest paintings.
